After the rain, came the sunshine.  I had the Sunday all to myself- 4 more days until I leave for California then Boston.  I started a new painting. (hopefully I can finish that before I head out)  Later on in the day, I pulled out some old sweatshirts and bleached the shit out of them.

Current architectural inspirations/ influence: 

Architecture is a form of art.  I've been experimenting a lot with space and color blocking.  I am researching and looking for ideas for the simplest element of art- "line".

Past weekend, I saw porter robinson, arty, hardwell, wolfgang, and eric prdyz!   The visuals gave me an idea of how i want to play with the negative and positive space as well as how to integrate my colors with black and white blocks.

This piece is a representation of how when relationships end (with anyone- family, friends, loved ones, pets) apart of yourself leave with them, but in return, you gain a part of who they are as well. Same goes with people you no longer like or even hate.. think it's the same concept, no? haha
